All equipment is delivered by our Freight shipping method. Equipment is heavy and delicate. That's why we put equipment on pallets and deliver by semi-truck. While other retailers might ship a mini split system via UPS because they just barely stay under the weight limit, they and the customer are risking damage to the equipment.
 
Freight deliveries are usually not made on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.

There is no expedited delivery option for equipment orders which require freight shipping.

Delivery Speed

Most equipment can be delivered anywhere in the lower 48 states within 1-3 business days.

Order Processing and Shipping

We ship all orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Most orders placed before Noon Central Time leave the warehouse the same day.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Equipment Returns and Refunds

While we do accept returns within 30 days, keep in mind that equipment ships on pallets by semi-truck. You would be required to schedule and pay for the return shipment, which is several hundred dollars. It's different than making a return or exchange for a small part. Refunds

If you accept delivery of the equipment and choose to return it for a refund, you will be required to pay the return shipping fee to the shipping company, and your refund amount will be equal to your purchase amount minus a 15% restocking fee minus our cost to ship the item to you.
